I
know, the word is out that blueberries are loaded with antioxidants
(that is a good thing.), but do not get carried away. Think
of it this way; because they are loaded with nutrition, it only takes a
very small amont. I was listening to an interview with Dr.
Oz the other day and he adds a few of them to his cereal most mornings.
Why not
pick your blueberries from your backyard like I do. They make a great
hedge along a fence.
