Calories in Cod Liver Oil
Cod
liver oil used to be what mothers gave their children to keep them
healthy. It turns out in small amounts it is not a bad idea. Cod fish
liver oil is considered one of the healthy oils, but too much of a good
thing
will still make you gain weight. An average of 1 tablespoon a
day when trying to lose weight should be enough. If you are
getting fats and oils from
other sources you will not need this much.

One thing
you will notice about this chart is that there are little
vitamins and minerals left after processing the oil. Why not eat cod
fish and get some oil that way. The cod will have more
nutrition. Be careful though; I know that too much fish will
put the weight on you and me both.
