Calories in Milk Products

Even though there are quite a few calories in milk products and other dairy procucts, consuming milk has shown to help in weight loss. Perhaps when you give the body what it really needs, it quits craving those foods.  Other studies feel that milk products are not good for us. In particular lots of high fat cheeses and creams.  Both studies may be right.  Too much of anything is not good for us.
