the deep cold sea, in small amounts it is good for you. Sardine
fish oil is considered one of the healthy oils, but too much of a
good thing
will still make you gain weight. An average of 1 tablespoon a
day when trying to lose weight should be enough. If you are
getting
fats and oils from
other sources you will not need this much.

One thing
you will notice about this chart is that there are few
vitamins and minerals left after processing the oil. Why not just eat
sardines and get some oil that way. The sardines will have more
protein and nutrition. Be careful though; I know that too
much fish will put the weight on you and me both. Also be careful as to
what kind of oil the sardines are packed in. Sardines are also a good
source of calcium, because you are basically eating real
small bones.
