Many People are interested in the Dukan Diet Phase 1, because they have
heard
that it is a good
easy way to lose 5 to 10 pounds quickly. It is important to remember
that the Dukan Diet has 4 phases. In his book , Dr Pierre Dukan
calls Phase 1 the "Attack Phase". He suggests that this phase
only last 5 days on average. He also states that for those
that are obese it can last up to 10 days, but adds that "An Attack
Phase diet of this length should only be begun after consulting wit
your doctor and on the express condition that you drink enough fluids
throughout the entire Dukan Diet and especially the Attack Phase."

probably becasue Dunkan Doughnuts are on your mind. This is
